Gillian’s passion lies in designing creative and clear solutions to complex business issues. Gillian’s approach is heavily client-centric; she works in supportive collaboration with Owners and Management Teams to critically evaluate, clarify and execute ways to improve how their restaurant operates while always ensuring the client benefits in both the short and long term.
Gillian’s career has spanned from the Consumer Packaged Goods industry managing National Accounts to Account Management in Gourmet Foods and now more recently to working with a heavier focus in the Restaurant Industry, where she was a successful independent consultant since 2013, until founding Feast in 2016. Gillian has focused mainly on Business Planning and Forecasting including successfully securing start-up and growth funding for many of her clients and in Human Resources for Restaurants.
Gillian is passionate about learning, understanding current trends and technology and is continually investing in her skills in order to offer the best advice to her clients. She is a certified analyst with Thomas International, a tool to help with helping employees maximize their skills in the workplace. Gillian is also an accredited member of the Canadian Human Resources Professionals Association and holds the CPHR designation.
Gillian also loves food and travel and is happiest when both converge!
