Getting Started

It all begins with a conversation. Some restaurant owners are unsure of what they need; others have pre-specified requirements and are ready to get started. In either case, the first step is to simply sit down and talk. Usually, that introductory consultation is about 45 mins and is entirely free of any obligations.  


Working with Feast

Step 1

You have a need, a question, a problem or an idea. Get in touch! Your issue doesn’t need to be perfectly articulated yet. That’s our job; to figure out where you’re at and what exactly you may need next. Many restaurant owners are looking for help writing business plans, consultation to implement HR, operational consulting or obtaining loans and securing funding. We’ve been consulting with restaurants and in the food industry for over a decade and we are well experienced in solving the unique issues each restaurant may face.

Step 2

We will schedule a time to meet. The purpose of this time is for you to meet us and see if we’re the types of people who you would want consulting for your restaurant, and for us to determine if we can effectively work toward solving your problem or help you to the next step.

Step 3

Feast will prepare a comprehensive consulting proposal for your review. This plan will include, step by step, how the approach to completing the work will be done. Each step comes with a time estimate and a cost estimate.

Step 4

You review the consulting proposal. If you need, we adjust. At this point, there is still no obligation to move forward.

Step 5

If you approve the consulting proposal, a simple and clear agreement is prepared to outline the basics like confidentiality, payment terms and duration of the contract. The contract is not bulky or onerous.

Step 6

The contract is signed! You are now a Feast client and on your way to increased clarity and improved prosperity.
